Beautiful holiday home (Self-catering) at Plot F93 beside the 14th fairway of the only PGA accredited golf course in Kenya. There is a view across the course to the sea from the terrace. The house is largely open plan with a spacious living area and a swimming pool within the courtyard. There are 4 generously proportioned ensuite bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with overhead fans above the beds inside the mosquito nets. The Kitchen is fully equipped. A car is a necessity. The swimming pool, 8 x 5 metres is within the house courtyard. The staff keep the house spotlessly clean. The design is Swahili-Arab with 4 ensuite bedrooms, 2 additional WCs and 150 square metres of living area. The Beds measure 2 metres x 2 metres in the double rooms and the twin room has generous 3/4 size beds. The bedrooms all benefit from air-conditioning.
Vipingo Ridge offers a golf course, restaurants and bars, tennis, gymnasium, horse riding, nature and 'birding' walks, swimming and a Beach Club at Kiruitu Beach some 10 minutes away by car with a restaurant, beach loungers and towels. There is excellent snorkeling from the beach which is within a conservancy area. Guests staying in our houses may use the Baobab Golf Course at 4,500/- per round and there are golf clubs available for hire at the Pro-shop.House is not recommended for children under 12 years of age, particularly non-swimmers as the swimming pool is within the house courtyard and has no shallow area.
Dogs and other domestic pets are not permitted in any of the houses, like Kaskazi House, that are adjacent to the golf course.
